Dr. Marley brings 25+ years of experience in both the international and United States space programs to the JeTSI team. His previous work leading architectural projects on a senior level for NASA, NOAA, Raytheon, and Harris Corporation has equipped him with the knowledge and expertise to effectively work with JeTSI clients and their ground system projects. Accomplishments include guiding the long-term strategy of Harris’ Civil Ground System Business Area, leading the architectural and technology direction for Harris’ Federal Climate / Weather Systems business, and as the Deputy Program Manager for NASA’s Geosciences Interoperability Office (GIO).
